FuturElectra Driver App
If you wish to delete your account and associated data from the FuturElectra Driver App, please follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Send a WhatsApp message to +91 95604 48008
- Include your registered mobile number and the message: "Delete my FuturElectra Driver account"
- Our team will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via WhatsApp
What data is deleted
- Your account profile (name, mobile number)
- Location history collected during your lease period
- Device token (FCM) used for push notifications
- App session tokens
What data is retained
- Lease and payment records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
- KYC documents (Aadhar, PAN) are retained for 5 years as required by law
